A Warm Welcome from the Hotel Kathmandu Suite Home Family!

Namaste and heartfelt greetings from all of us at Hotel Kathmandu Suite Home.

It is my sincere pleasure to welcome you to your home away from home in the heart of Kathmandu. Tucked away in the peaceful western side of Thamel, our boutique three-star hotel offers more than just a place to stay—it offers a space where comfort, safety, and the warmth of authentic Nepalese hospitality come together.

At Kathmandu Suite Home, we believe true hospitality is not simply about providing amenities; it’s about creating meaningful experiences—ones built on care, respect, and personal connection. From our thoughtfully designed rooms and modern conveniences to our dedicated, multilingual team, every detail has been considered to make your stay truly special.

Whether you’re exploring the cultural wonders of the Kathmandu Valley, preparing for a Himalayan journey, or simply unwinding in the charm of the city, we are here to ensure your time with us is comfortable, enriching, and memorable.

As someone who began this journey in hospitality many years ago—working as a trekking guide in Himalayas—I’ve always valued the beauty of human connection. Today, I am honored to lead a team that shares the same passion: to treat every guest as part of our extended family. Fluent in several international languages including English, Spanish, Japanese, Hindi, Nepali and Sanskrit, I take pride in welcoming guests from all walks of life with humility and heartfelt service.

Beyond hospitality, our mission extends to meaningful social responsibility. I am deeply committed to giving back through various platforms that support the well-being of our communities. As the President of Junkiri Nepal, I lead efforts focused on education, healthcare, and welfare programs for underprivileged families. I’ve also had the honor of serving as Lt. Governor of Kiwanis Club Nepal (2021–2022), working on initiatives that improve children’s health and education. Additionally, I actively contribute to the NGO Federation of Nepal, and as a long-standing member of the Trekking Agencies’ Association of Nepal (TAAN), I continue to advocate for ethical, sustainable tourism that uplifts local communities and honors Nepal’s rich cultural and natural heritage. We believe that meaningful travel should leave a lasting, positive impact—not only in memories, but in the lives it touches.

Our guiding philosophy is simple but deeply rooted: “Hospitality with Heart – Where Every Guest is Family.”

On behalf of the entire team, I invite you to experience the peace, culture, and kindness that define Kathmandu—and the genuine warmth that makes our hotel more than just a destination.

We look forward to welcoming you and being part of your journey in Nepal.

With warm regards,
Gokul Sapkota
